To enable this, you assign an external step to the inspection rule you use for IOT 2. Note that to use this feature, you must use decentralized Extended Warehouse Management based on SAP S/4HANA.

In essence this is an internal movement of pallets by vehicle within a single warehouse. And instead of a transportation unit there is a new object called "distribution equipment". The process can also be used to replenish different bins with small quantities. It allows picking straight into several nested HUs on one large pick HU (a pick cart of sorts), then loading it onto the distribution equipment and unloading it in three ways: - with a product warehouse task for part of the quantity from a nested HU - with an HU warehouse task for a nested HU - with an HU warehouse task for the whole large pick HU To support the process the following internal POSC steps were added: - DDST distribution equipment: staging - DDLD distribution equipment: loading - DDUL distribution equipment: unloading The functionality is implemented in the class /SCWM/CL_API_DISTRIB_EQUIPMENT

1909	FPS01	MFS	Enhancements to Cross Processes	Since the original problem is not known to me, I cannot judge the change. Here is its original text: The system determines whether a communication point for a programmable logic controller (PLC) was triggered recently (within 1 minute). If yes, the system doesn't trigger the communication point again when starting the next communication channel of the same PLC. Because of this behavior, if several communication channels of the same PLC are started at once or within a very short timeframe, the system only triggers the communication points once. This behavior helps save system resources when starting the communication channels of a PLC. You can then check the application log to see whether communication points were skipped. This feature is valid only for a material flow system without synchronization and PLCs for pallet conveyors
